About Andrew Green
Andrew Green, BA, BSW, JD, is an Alberta lawyer whose practice focuses on Family Law, Wills and Estates, and Disability Law. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of New Brunswick, a Bachelor of Social Work from St. Thomas University, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta.
Andrew is legally blind. His lived experience of disability, together with his training as a social worker, shapes how he practises. He listens first, explains things plainly, and looks for the most practical way forward. He brings a particular understanding to clients with disabilities, including people navigating the Disability Tax Credit, Canada Pension Plan-Disability (CPP-D) appeals, and human rights matters.
Andrew is currently completing a Master of Laws (LLM) at the University of Alberta, where his research focuses on disability law and policy.
Andrew Green Law offers services virtually to clients throughout Alberta. Whether you need independent legal advice, document preparation, court coaching, or limited-scope help, the focus is always on clear advice, transparent fees, and practical results.
